Zion National Park
Here are some photos I shot last week in Zion National Park:
Nashville, Tennessee
Nashville’s got quite the music scene. There’s live country music in dozens of venues from noon-3:00am daily, with no covers. I got here Friday and probably saw twelve bands play over two days. Somehow I ended up with a pair of cowboy boots too. I like it here. Here’s a clip from Friday night. Wagon Wheel is a pretty popular cover around town:
The Grand Canyon
Spent the morning here en route to Boston. Did you hear about the three holes in the ground? Well, well, well. My friend Roberto shot this pretty spectacular photo at one of the lookouts:

Here’s the current plan. Thoughts, ideas, and suggestions would be much appreciated. View Larger Map

The final leg. America is awesome:

Here’s the second leg of my Fourth of July road trip. It was 118 degrees Fahrenheit:

South Dakota Time Lapse
Having recently spent some time in South Dakota, I was especially excited to see this time lapse video by Randy Halverson:
The Rest of the Road Trip Photography
Here are the rest of my pictures from my road trip out west. The ride up to Glacier National Park, from Wyoming to just a few miles shy of the Canadian border, was one of the highlights of the entire drive out west: Unfortunately it was cloudy at Glacier, and many of the roads were still closed because they have frequent avalanches until early July. The photography opportunities weren’t great, but I still enjoyed the park: Redwoods in northern California: The coast in Mendocino, CA:
